Technical features
ST-6030+SM-6035 is a type of economic one among ST series sleeve wrapping machines, simple operation, push the products manually or pneumatically, sealing the film and the products enter the shrink tunnel automatically, and used PE film to pack products.
Basic parts
※ ST-6030 adopts the imported air-cylinder, assure stable pushing and sealing;
※ Adopts specially designed sealing cutter, results in perfect sealing line, avoid the film sticking the cutter;
※ Adopts imported electric parts assure the steady performance;
※ The covered cylinder setting enhance the convenience for the operator; with rear pressing device assure even light product without any shifting.
※ The front frame is adjustable according to different product sizes;
※ SM-6035 adopts double imported blowing motors assure the hot air inside the tunnel even, and shrink effect is more compact;
※ Adopts solid steel roller covered silicone gel pipe, chain conveying, and durable silicone gel;
※ The conveying speed is controlled by transducer, stepless;
※ The short shrink tunnel can lower the power consumption, and meanwhile assure the shink effect.
