RNF—12D PLC Controlled Piston Filling Machine is suitable for liquid, semi liquid without gas contained. Automatically count bottles inlet, quantified filling, and bottle outlet. Especially for SL, EC, SC, edible oil, lubrication, this filler is an ideal choice for foodstuff, pharmacy cosmetic and chemical, pesticide factories.
1. This type filler adopts PLC to control, touch screen control panel, easy adjustment, and wide application.
2. The type filler takes advantages of the advanced mechanics & electronics technology. Change the packing
specifications by changing parameter in the touch screen, not only all the 12 filling heads can be regulated, but
also each filling head can be regulated.
3. Touch screen technology can make the machine more reliable, handy and friendly man-machine interface.
4. It uses diving method to fill, to option different sealing rings to meet different filling products.
5. It meets the GMP required, it is easy to disassemble, clean and maintain, and the parts which will contact
